The average person works anywhere from 40, 50, or even 60+ hour weeks. Most people, especially those who have demanding jobs, end up sacrificing family, health or quality work to compensate for the long hours.

Without any type of structure PLUS added distractions of today like online entertainment and social media, it seems nearly impossible to stay focused at work. 1. Green Is Good

It’s no mystery that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Grabbing a bagel or quickly pouring a bowl of cereal while running out the door is convenient, but is it really the best thing to eat if you’re trying to be as effective as possible? No.

2. Help Your Body Help Itself

In order to work long hours and sustain effective work, your body has to have energy. Spending anywhere from 7-30 minutes exercising every morning will wake up your body, provide you with energy, and shake off any sluggishness from last nights activities 🙂

You can’t expect your body to endure long hours if you are setting it up for failure before the day even begins. Eating healthy + exercise every morning is a key to success.

3. Set Goals And Win The Day

Every day has to have a purpose and goal. Once that goal is set, do everything in your power to achieve it before the workday ends.

Each goal you set doesn’t have to be an epic accomplishment, but making this a daily habit will help you move your business forward and maintain effective work throughout the day.

As a Network Marketer, you are your own boss! With no one to tell you what to do, setting daily goals will keep you focused on building your business and help mute out all other distractions I mentioned earlier (social media, YouTube, etc.).
